Free ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day from our California-based warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Ground Shipping (Free over $99): 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.95)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day ($29.95)
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: 5-10 business days (calculated at checkout)
All shipments include full tracking information sent to your email within 1 hour of dispatch.
Return Policy
We accept unopened, unmounted returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all hardware, gaskets, and documentation included.
Non-Refundable Items
- Electrical components (CDI units, stator assemblies, wiring harnesses)
- Custom-built wheelsets and spoked wheel assemblies
- Gaskets, seals, and O-rings (contamination risk)
- Special-order items and discontinued parts
